Cancellation & Reservation Date Change Policy
1.Reservation Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation under the following terms:
· Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival:
Full refund of the paid amount.
· Cancellation 29 to 11 days before arrival:
The deposit is retained in full.
• Cancellation less than 10 days before arrival or no-show:
No refund is provided.
2. Changing Reservation Dates
Changes to reservation dates are possible:
· Subject to property availability
• If requested at least 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival
In case of a change:
· Any price difference must be paid by the guest
• If the new reservation is of lower cost, the difference is non-refundable
3. Early Departure
No refunds are provided for unused nights
in case of early departure.
4. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, travel restrictions):
•· Cancellation terms may be reconsidered
•· Guests may be offered alternative dates or a voucher for a future stay
5. Acceptance of Terms
Completing the reservation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these cancellation and date-change terms.
